Workshops and Training Programs for Teachers
Skill 18 has been conducting workshops and training programs for teachers in collaboration with leading educational institutions and NGOs. Our programs focus on modernization, analytics, statistics, behavioural and transformational approaches, and psychological frameworks, all aligned with 21st-century skill requirements as outlined in central government norms. These initiatives are designed to support students, parents, and teachers.
In simple terms, 21st-century skills refer to the abilities individuals need to meet the demands of today’s globally connected, digitally transforming, collaborative, creative, and constantly evolving world. These skills include strong human resource management capabilities, agility in adapting to change, and the ability to foster effective collaboration among diverse groups.
This program was specifically designed for students in their PUC stage who are looking for guidance in choosing their next field of higher education. The main objective of the program is to help students develop a clear mindset that will enable them to achieve their goals. This is accomplished by utilizing various techniques such as lateral thinking, yoga, psychology, and problem-solving. The program covers a wide range of topics, including self-discovery, personality development, course selection, identifying the best institutions for future career programs, and gaining in-depth knowledge about various industries and the opportunities they offer. Moreover, the program equips students with the necessary tools to overcome obstacles and challenges in their lives.
Our programs have helped teachers gain greater awareness and adapt to today’s rapid changes, while developing a deeper understanding of the Gen Z mindset. The training emphasizes self-awareness, confidence building, readiness to face unexpected challenges, and the capacity to contribute meaningfully to the transformative changes shaping today’s world.
